5:40 PM PT -- Selena's lawyer said, the lawsuit is without merit, adding, "Any claim that Selena did not meet her promotional obligations is ridiculous, manufactured after Adrenalina was terminated. Selena will vigorously defend this lawsuit, and will soon bring her own lawsuit against Adrenalina for millions in damages."Selena Gomez may smell good to Justin Bieber, but she's downright foul when it comes to honouring her business obligations ... this according to a new lawsuit. Adrenalina Inc. claims it made a deal with Selena in which the company would develop fragrance products using her name. The company says it did tons of R & D, spending more than $2 million in marketing alone. The company claims Selena and her agent concocted B.S. reasons to end the relationship, leaving Adrenalina without a spokesperson. Selena allegedly refused to show up for promotions and it screwed with the company. Not only is Adrenalina suing for damages, it wants a court order preventing her from pulling out of the deal.
